The photos below show a job where the Trash it Man team removed a series of sub cellar steam hot water heat exchangers from a hi-rise building in Manhattan. Due to the lack of proper ventilation, the crew could not use cutting torches to remove the tanks. They used fume extraction exhaust ventiliation and Sawzalls with cobalt blades to cut the large, heavy tanks into small pieces in order to be removed. Even with the tough conditions, the job was done within budget and one time.
